This page explains what happens to the details you share on this website. It covers the website only, not the NAVIS MAIOR application.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, your company, the size of your fleet, your work email and, if you add one, a message.

What we use it for

To reply to you about a demo, and for nothing else. Your details are not sold, not shared for marketing and not used for advertising.

How it reaches us

When you send the form, your details are delivered to our team by email through a transactional email provider. They are not stored in a database on this website.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles the technical data any website receives, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The form uses your IP address for a short time in memory to limit repeated submissions, and does not store it.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies and uses no third party trackers, analytics or advertising scripts.

How long we keep it

Your request is kept in our team's mailbox until our conversation about a demo has ended, and is then deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.Write to hello@navismaior.com.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp also apply to that conversation.
